ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS, INC., was designed from its inception to be unique among consulting firms in north Mississippi. Our professional staff has a broad background of experience and successful projects over the past 20 years – but so do many others. What is it that sets ESI apart? In a word – value.
ESI principal Mike Falkner established the firm in Pontotoc in 1999 and then in 2000, the firm expanded to Tupelo with the addition of principals Randy Hathcock and John White. Since that time, we at ESI have approached all of our projects, large or small, with the attitude that it is the most important project in the world to our clients. Every project has a dedicated team assigned – this ensures that any time a client calls, they can speak with someone familiar with their project and get the support they need in a timely manner.
Value to us means always giving the best service, whether that means returning your calls on time or staying on top of your construction project to avoid problems. Value means putting extra effort into our plans and specs so that you get the most competitive bids. Value means understanding what contractors need to know in order to bid and build a project efficiently. Our growing client base seems to like this approach – almost 85% of our projects are being done for repeat clients or direct referrals from clients.
ESI is a locally owned consulting firm with deep roots in northeast Mississippi, and our hand-picked staff has proven their expertise on a wide range of projects, from roadways and bridges to water and sewer, drainage, airports, flood studies, and commercial surveying. We have provided design solutions for projects ranging in size up to $16 million in total improvement cost. Some of the clients that we have assisted with engineering services include the City of Tupelo, the City of Pontotoc, Pontotoc County, the City of New Albany, the Town of Saltillo, the Town of Sherman, the City of Oxford, the University of Mississippi, BancorpSouth, Tupelo Public School District, and the Ripley/Tippah County Airport Authority. We strongly encourage you to visit with any of our references if you are considering ESI for your project. |
