University of Mississippi Treatment Plant Upgrades

In Phase 1, ESI provided engineering design and construction oversight services for a major upgrade to the sludge processing facilities at the University of Mississippi wastewater treatment plant. These improvements included a new aerobic digester, new waste/return pump station and controls, and a new vacuum drying bed and control system which is the only one of its kind in the State of Mississippi. Project cost was $700,000. Phase 2 was then designed and constructed, which included a new 2350 gpm influent pumping station and new control systems.
