| The Town of Sherman recently completed construction of a new 0.2 MGD (expandable) oxidation ditch wastewater treatment plant, with design and construction management by Engineering Solutions, Inc.
ESI was also instrumental in helping the Town obtain an SPAP grant for $500,000 and a CDBG Public Facilities grant of $450,000, for this project, which had a total cost of $1.4 million. It was completed on time and within the project budget. |  |
