| | In 2002, ESI was selected by the City of Tupelo, MS to provide engineering services for Phase III of the Tupelo Major Thoroughfare Program. This phase consisted of the widening of approximately 13 miles of roadway inside the city limits of Tupelo. Key components of the work included roadways and intersections, drainage, utility relocation, bridge widening and railroad crossings. The design and construction of these projects was completed within 4 ½ years. The total construction costs of the projects concluded within budget at $18,125,000. |  |
